Vintage Clothing

• Each vintage item includes a detailed condition description and exact measurements.
• Unless otherwise noted, vintage pieces have been previously worn and may show normal signs of age and wear. Minor imperfections are part of the character of vintage garments and are not considered defects.
• Midwest Western Wear is not responsible for improper fit. Please compare measurements before purchasing.

Handmade Sterling Silver Jewelry

• Every piece is handcrafted and inspected before shipment.
• Slight variations in silverwork and natural stone characteristics, including color and matrix, are expected and make each piece unique.
• Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. Moisture, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, sweat, chlorine, sunlight, and cleaners may accelerate this process.

Jewelry Care

• Remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, swimming, showering, or activities that may snag, bend, or impact the piece.
• Avoid chemicals, prolonged moisture, and harsh cleaners.
• Store jewelry in a dry location and clean with a sterling silver polishing cloth.
• Damage caused by improper care is not considered a workmanship issue.

Damage & Repairs

• Responsibility transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
• Midwest Western Wear is not responsible for damage, misuse, normal wear, tarnishing, bent silver, broken chains, or broken, chipped, cracked, or lost stones after delivery.
• Repairs may be available for a fee on a case-by-case basis, including repairs for Midwest Western Wear pieces and jewelry from other makers. Customers are responsible for repair shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Ring Sizing

• Please verify your ring size before ordering. Rings are inspected for sizing accuracy before shipment.
• Resizing may not be possible on certain designs.

Shipping

• Orders are carefully packaged before shipment.
• Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package has been accepted and scanned by the post office.
• Midwest Western Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mis-delivered packages.
• Insurance is included on jewelry shipments valued over $200.
